Order Processing Time:

  • All online orders with a final cart value of Rs. 250 and above are eligible for processing.
  • Average processing time: 1-5 business working days.
  • During special occasions or popular sales, processing times may be slightly longer.
  • Please note: Day 1 is the business day after placing the order.

Delivery Time:

  • After processing, our logistics partner (DTDC or Bluedart or Delhivery for Domestic orders and DHL for International orders) will collect your order from our warehouse.
  • Delivery time frame: 3-7 working days based on your location.

Bulk Order Information:

  • For bulk orders, retailing, or corporate gifting, contact us at
  • Considerable discounts offered for bulk orders, corporate gifting, and retailing.
  • Full payment required before order processing.
  • 7 working days lead-time for bulk order processing.

Freebies and Coupons:

  • You may receive freebies or coupons based on your order value/quantity or specific products.
  • Freebies and discount coupons cannot be combined.
  • No two coupon codes can be combined for a single order. 
  • We encourage returning all & any empty bottles (5 or more) at our stores to avail an additional 5% off on your order.

Order Processing and Modifications:

  • Once an order is placed and confirmed, we can help you modify your address or contact details till the order has left the warehouse. We will not be able to modify the items in your order.
  • During the sale period, there will not be any refund unless there are any discrepancies.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion.
  • Reasons for order cancellation may include unavailability of stocks, inaccuracies in product/pricing information, or misprints.
  • To ensure utmost satisfaction and effective resolution of any discrepancies, customers are required to record an unboxing video of the received order.
  • We try our best to accommodate special requests (such as expedited delivery, delivery at certain times of the day, or deferred delivery), but we cannot guarantee that these requests will be fulfilled by our courier partners. International Shipping Policy: 

At Vilvah, we are delighted to serve customers from all around the globe. Our products can be shipped to various countries, and we strive to ensure a seamless shopping experience for our international customers. Here's what you need to know about ordering internationally and the extra custom charges:

  1. Dispatch Time and Order Status:
    For international orders, the dispatch & delivery time is estimated to be between 12 to 15 working days. Throughout the processing period, we will keep you informed about the status of your order through email notifications
  2. Standard Shipping Charges:
    Every international order is subject to standard shipping charges, which will be applied at the time of purchase. This does not include any custom duty charges.
  3. Custom Charges and Duties:
    When placing an international order, please be aware that customs charges, VAT fees, or any other applicable duties imposed by your country will have to be paid by you, the customer. As an importer, it is your responsibility to comply with the customs regulations of your country.
  4. Refusal of Charged Orders:
    In the event that an order incurs customs duties, and if you refuse to accept the delivery due to the charges, please note that the authorities will be required to destroy the package. Unfortunately, in such cases, we cannot issue a refund.
  5. Unboxing Videos for Discrepancies:
    To ensure utmost satisfaction, we require customers to record an unboxing video of the received order in case any discrepancies arise. This will help us address any issues effectively and provide suitable solutions.
  6. Rare Occurrence of Extra Charges:
    While we have made every effort to list items accurately to prevent additional charges, there may be rare cases where extra fees apply. Regrettably, products in such instances cannot be returned or exchanged, and the order cannot be canceled for this reason.
  7. Cancellation:  Once orders have been processed, they cannot be cancelled. If you wish to cancel the order before it is processed, a 10% cancellation fee will apply.

  1. If you wish to cancel your order, please reach out to us at or WhatsApp/Call at our customer care number +919626669920 (Timings: 9 am to 6 pm) within 24 hours with the reason for cancellation.
  2. Once orders have been processed, they cannot be cancelled. If you don't wish to accept the parcel, you can simply refuse to accept the parcel at the time of delivery. Once the parcel comes back to the warehouse, we will deduct shipping and return charges from the customer order value while processing the refund.
  3. For international orders, 10% cancellation fee will apply.
  4. We recommend doing a patch test of all products and read the ingredient list for any known allergies. No exchange or returns and refunds will be processed in case of allergies/skin reactions, dislikes of fragrance or color variations. 

 We may have to cancel certain orders for reasons such as unavailability of stocks, inaccuracies in product information, or other errors. If we cannot process your order within 45 working days, we will initiate a refund. You can also cancel an order before it is processed and approved by us for a full refund. However, once an order is processed and shipped, we cannot cancel it.
