Step 1: Massage a scoop of body polish onto damp skin for gentle exfoliation. Scrub in circular motions.

Step 2: Let it sit for a minute or two for maximum hydration.

Step 3: Rinse off thoroughly.

Step 4: Repeat two to three times a week.
