Returns and Refund
- Communication and Refunds:
- We will notify you if any part of your order is canceled or if additional information is needed.
- If we cannot process your order within 45 working days, a refund will be initiated and will be resolved depending on the bank's resolution period.
- Cancellation of Unprocessed Orders:
- If a cancellation request is received before the order is processed/approved, we will cancel the order and refund the full amount.
- Discouragement of Post-Processing Cancellations:
- We prioritize efficient order processing and discourage cancellations after order processing.
- Charges for Cancellation/Returns:
- A ₹50 deduction will be applied for cancellations or returns of orders that have left the warehouse.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will have a specified shipping charge limit mentioned during checkout.
Revised Reward Programme:
- Once reward points have been used for an order and the customer subsequently requests to cancel that specific order, additional reward points will not be issued again.
- Please note that two codes cannot be combined and used for a single order. We understand that some customers may find the reward programme details confusing. To address this, we have simplified the explanation to ensure clarity and ease of understanding for all our customers.
