1. How do I create an account in Vilvah?
Click on the top right "Log-in" icon and register your account if you are a new user
2. What are the benefits of creating an account?
The most practical benefit will be its easy for you to track the status of your orders, your order history and you will be receiving notifications on exclusive member offers, updates on new launches and more exciting news. Future benefits will be you can redeem the reward points.
3. I forgot my password, what can I do?
If you have forgotten your password, you can request your password to be sent to the email address you have previously registered with us by clicking the Forgot Password link. You will be taken to a page where you can enter your email address and a temporary password will be sent to you.

1. How do I place an order?
Step 1: Select the product of your choice
Step 2: Click on ADD TO CART
Step 3: Click on PROCEED TO CHECKOUT
Step 4: Fill out your ADDRESS AND PHONE NUMBER
Step 5: Choose a payment option most convenient to you

2. How can I track my order?
Once the order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email, along with tracking details, or you can log-in to your account and click the order history and know the order status.
3. How do I know that my order is confirmed?
You will receive a confirmation email to the registered Email address once you have placed the order in our website. You can also check the order status in "MY ACCOUNT" section if you are a registered member. If you have not received this e-mail, kindly e-mail us your order number to sales@vilvahstore.com.
4. Do I need to have an account to place an order?
No, you can place an order using guest checkout without having an account. However, we strongly recommend making an account on our website to make your shopping experience swift and simple.
5. How can I modify my products or address and phone number after placing order?
Once your order has been placed, your address and phone number or product details cannot be modified. Most of the orders will be processed and dispatched within a short window so we do not encourage modification of order details. However, Please write us to sales@vilvahstore.com for further assistance.
6. How do I cancel my order?
Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. But if the order is not dispatched from our warehouse, we can assist you. Please write us tosales@vilvahstore.comfor further assistance.
7. Does Vilvah have physical stores in India?
We have 2 exclusive Vilvah Outlets - in Coimbatore and Chennai.
Order Modifications
1) Once order is placed and confirmed, modifications of any sort is not possible.
2) Rs 50 will be deducted for any cancellation or returns if box has left warehouse.
3) Free Shipping on COD orders above Rs.2000
4) Cancellation cannot be encouraged if order is processed.
Reward Programme
Reward points will not be issued again if it’s already used for an order and the customer requests to cancel that particular order
Multiple coupon codes cannot be combined for single order
You can redeem the points by following the simple steps as follows

c) Select "Ways to Redeem"
d) Click on "View"
e) Select "Redeem"
f) Check for the Coupon code and Click "Apply the coupon code"
Returns and Refunds
1. How can I return or replace a product?
All our products are non-exchangeable and non-returnable, unless damaged or defective. To replace damaged or defective items, write to us at sales@vilvahstore.com within 72 hours of receiving the product (after which the product is not liable for exchange). Don’t forget to attach your order invoice and a picture of the damaged product.
2. How will I get a refund for my cancelled orders and how long will this process take?
All approved refund credits will be made to the original method of payment within 7 working days. The same will reflect in your bank statement if paid online.
3. Do we accept returns during sale period?
There will be no refund or return accepted for orders placed during SALE
Shipping and Delivery
1. What is the standard order processing time?
All domestic orders are processed between 1-5 business days. You can expect the order to be delivered within 3-5 business days. For remote locations which are difficult to access, the order may take between 5-7 business days.
All international orders are processed between 3-4 business days. You can expect the order to be delivered within 7-10 business days, except for certain countries.
2. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do International shipping through DHL or Fedex. For international orders, you can pay using Debit Card or Credit card.
3. What are the International Shipping rates?
It varies with each country and we suggest you to enter the pin code of your address to know the exact details. the standard shipping rate may vary between 1500 INR-3000 INR depending on your country.
About Vilvah
1. Why should we choose Vilvah when there are so many natural, organic and clean brands in the market?
Well, We are sustainable in first place, starting from the ingredients for manufacturing products to the packing material we use for the dispatch, everything is bio-degradable and safe. We, not only use organic and safe ingredients but also our products are made with high performance formulation which are specifically designed for Indian Skin type. We are from an agricultural background, so we have control over the quality of the produce and many of the native ingredients you find in the label are from Vilvah farm.
2. Are your products free from Sulphates, Parabens, Silicones and other harsh Chemicals?
Yes, Our products are free from them and lot many nasty ingredients.
3. Do you use Preservatives?
Yes. And why because, water based products like shampoo and conditioner can be contaminated because of bacteria and micro organisms. Noone would like to see them in their personal care products and having said that, We use Ecocert Approved preservatives which are food grade and safe instead of the conventional parabens and phenoxyethanol.
4. Have you tested your products on animals?
No. We do not do animal testing and we believe Animals are for cuddling. And our products are dermatologically tested and all clinical tests are done to ensure the safety of the product.
5. Why is there an emphasise on Goatmilk products in Vilvah?
Goatmilk products are our signature products and our Goatmilk shampoo remained our topseller month on month for more than 2 years. Having said that, We experimented soaps with goat milk initially and we have seen some remarkable difference on Dry skin. Goat milk products have always remained a hero product range for us with innumerable nutrient content in it. We have a large number of goatherds in our farm, from which we obtain fresh goat milk.
6. Why is the fragrance of the product too strong or too little?
We use only essential oils which are plant derived to add fragrance to the products rather than using the conventional fragrance oils which contains harmful pthalates in it. Whereas essential oils have therapeutic properties which are beneficial for the skin/hair.
7. Are your products certified?
Yes, We are FDA approved and We are ISO certified, GMP certified and our products are dermatologically tested and declared Non- irritant to the skin.
