Adho Mukha Svanasana
This asana gently enhances blood flow to your head and neck. It brings more circulation to your scalp, nurturing healthier hair growth.
How to do it:
- Start on your hands and knees.
- Align your wrists under the shoulders and knees under the hips.
- Spread and press your fingers firmly into the ground.
- Tuck your toes and lift your hips upwards.
- Breathe in, straighten your legs, and form an inverted V shape.
- Relax your head between your arms and press your heels toward the floor.
- Hold for 10 to 15 seconds.
- Breathe out and come back to your normal position.
Sirsasana
It is the 'King of all asanas' that increases blood flow to your head while you are in the inverted pose. This pose delivers more oxygen and nutrients to your hair follicles, which helps in keeping your hair strong and healthy.
How to do it:
- Practice near a wall if you are a beginner.
- Kneel on the floor and interlace your fingers.
- Place your forearms on the ground.
- Rest the crown of your head inside your hands.
- Gently lift your hips, straighten your legs, and walk your feet closer.
- Lift one leg slowly, then the other, bringing your knees to your chest.
- Straighten your legs upwards, balance, and hold the position.
- Gently lower your feet back to the ground and rest.
Sarvangasana
It is known as the 'Queen of all asanas.' This pose helps nourish hair follicles and boosts hair growth. It also reduces stress, which positively impacts hair health.
How to do it:
- Lie on your back and lift the legs upwards steadily.
- Push the hips forward and support with your hands.
- Bring your chest closer to the chin.
- Hold the posture as long as you can.

Uttanasana
The Standing Forward Bend Pose stimulates blood circulation to the scalp and revitalizes hair roots. It effectively relieves stress and improves hair growth.

- Stand with your feet about as wide as your hips.
