Pour required amount into palm and apply it in a gentle circular motion to whichever part of the body it is being used. This lightweight oil can be used from head to toe. If used along with other ingredients, blend thoroughly and then apply. Leave on or wash off as desired. It is also a great carrier oil to be used along with other essential oils.
